After debuting at number 66 in Resident Advisor’s Top 100 DJs Poll last year, there is no denying that Venezuelan-born, Barcelona-based Fur Coat form part of the sound of now. They have won fans far and wide with their releases on Crosstown RebelsHot Creations, Culprit, Get Physical, My Favorite Robot and BPitch Control.

After creating podcasts for the likes of Red Bull Music AcademyClash and Rinse, Fur Coat return with their first official compilation, curated for Balance. Sergio and Israel explain, “We wanted a timeless mix that you can put in your car, listen at home, or any place that you want, having a story being told in an hour or so. It’s that kind of music that has no expiry DATE.”

The compilation includes originals by Roman Flügel, Francesca Lombardo and DJ Koze, and reworks by the likes of Mathew Jonson, Âme, Efdenim, Agoria and Barnt – not to mention a track exclusive from Fur Coat themselves!

The compilation is set to drop in Australia on 15th May, in UK, Europe and Asia on 18th May, and in North America on 26th May.
